Carlotta Gherzi is the creative director of fashion label Sado, and the genius behind MLML London. Carlotta’s designs have been worn by the likes of Selena Gomez, Mary Charteris, Rita Ora and Olivia Palermo. We’ll let her introduce herself…
“Hi I’m Carlotta. I have worked in Fashion for the past 16 years as a multi-product fashion designer and creative director under the label Sado. Showcasing my work at LFW, MFW AND NYFW. In 2014 I decided to launch my online and brick-and-mortar store for my leather brand MLML London.”
“Fast forward to 2020- 2021 I had to adapt to selling MLML online and I started consulting Start-up Fashion Brands on how to run a fashion business, offering a 360 degrees in full fashion cycle mode. Branding, research, samples, factories, design, production, sales, wholesale and back to a new start-new season.”
“I am a people person and WorkShop so far has been great. Yoga on a Tuesday, brainstorming with the guys in the fashion studio, events from various members in different creative fields.
I couldn’t have asked for a better workplace. I feel at home here.”
